Graco Spree Travel System

Are you looking for a good quality stroller for at an affordable price?  So am I…and you come to the right place if you want to find out more about the different Graco strollers out there.  Personally, I prefer Graco made products as they have a reputation for quality and beautiful designs.  Plus, most of my friends who have children buy Graco products.  So anyway, I was browsing through the web, more specifically, Amazon and came across the Graco Spree Stroller (that also happens to come in the travel system).  So basically what I’ve learned about this stroller is summed up below.

Pros:

-          It’s easy to use and highly maneuverable (you can use one hand to push it around)

-          Comes in various designs, so there’s definitely one that will fit the fashionista in you

-          The one hand standing fold means you can fold this stroller with one hand and grab it when your on the go without having to bend down.

-          Parents tray and storage area that gives you space to put your things and a holder for your latte.

-          Fits Graco Snugride Infant car seat

-          Seat cushion is machine washable (trust me, after a couple of spills from your baby, you’ll be happy for this)

-          Stroller seat reclines (but doesn’t recline all the way flat) so that your little one gets a comfortable ride.

-          Harness is adjustable so that you know that you can use the stroller even when your baby is no longer a baby.  (holds up to 40 lbs)

Cons:

-          it is not as lightweight as some other Graco strollers

-          If you buy the travel system, the snugride harness is adjusted from behind.  Inconvenient at very least, a deal breaker at the very most.

-          Some find the actual design to be as vibrant as those in the pictures.  ( I saw the stroller, and it didn’t bother me that much, I still thought it was stylish)

Conclusion:

It’s a good stroller if you’re working on a budget and still want quality, safety and still have it look good. The one hand fold and the ability to push this stroller with one hand is a definite plus for me.  I’ve found that I’m constantly juggling so many things in my hands that I feel like I don’t have enough hands.  The Spree’s storage spaces and being able to push with one hand are great features. If you’re really just want to be worry free with regards to shopping for all the necessary equipment…think about getting the travel system.  With the travel system, it comes with a car seat and car seat base.  It snaps perfectly on to the Graco Spree stroller so no problems with compatibility and design.  Last I checked (which wasn’t too long ago) the Spree Travel System costs $143.99 on Amazon, and I’m definitely eyeing this travel system for when my little one arrives.
